1. Orders: All orders are placed via our website amstylema.com or directly through our Instagram DM @amstylema. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with the details.

3. Payment: We currently accept cash on delivery only. Payment is made upon receiving your order.

5. Delivery: We deliver across Morocco. Delivery time is between 24 and 72 hours from order confirmation. Delivery fees may apply depending on your location.

7. Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

   • ✅ The product was damaged during delivery or due to a manufacturing defect
   • ✅ The wrong item was delivered
   • ❌ We do not accept returns if the product was damaged by the customer after delivery
